Hubby and I got up at 6:25ish (a little later than I planned) and put the 4 vials of Menopur together. It look longer than I thought it would because we were half asleep and slightly grumpy. lol
We eventually got it right and it was quick. Menopur does burn a little but not as bad as I thought.
Follitism was fine in the evening but the Epi pen is different. We also had to do it early because hubby told me that he had a meeting to go to. I love how this came up right before I was leaving this morning.
Luckily I was able to go back to bed and get some more sleep. Coming off bcps has made me get a light period but I think the PMS is the same as it was. I get SUPER tired. It was 8:30pm when I went up to bed to get on my computer and relax. I'll probably doze off soon too.
Either way, I think the first day was successful. Tomorrow I plan on staying home and getting stuff down around the house and resting.
Training for my summer job starts Monday. Plus I have a meeting on Tues night, 2 doctor appointments on Wed, subbing Wed and Fri. Monday, Tues, and Thurs are all full days of training.
So some R and R is in order.
Enjoy your Sunday everyone. :)
Wow!!! Busy week ahead! Glad the shots went well today! Once you've been doing it for a while, you don't even think about it any more...like you could do it blind or something!! Good luck & I can't wait to hear about your first monitoring appoiment.
ReplyDeletePs I love the new layout!!!
Yeah a little crazy. After reading the email you sent, I am hoping I can keep the stress down a bit. I'm pretty sure the shots will get easier but there's no guarantee that I will start doing the poking. I can take a shot just fine but I don't know about actually giving it to myself.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I am glad you liked it. I liked my other one but I was trying to make it more cheerful and springy. :)
What should I expect at the first monitoring appointment? What should be in there by Day 5?
